Rio is an Associate in the Capital Market & Corporate Commercial group and experienced in Capital Market matters such as Initial Public Offerings (IPO), Right Issues, as well as Corporate Commercial Transactions and various business transactions of Foreign Direct Investments and domestic companies.

Rio graduated from the Faculty of Law of Universitas Pancasila in 2016 and currently a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI)
