Dheya graduated from the Faculty of Law Brawijaya University in 2021 with cumlaude predicate. During her law studies, she was actively involved in Asian Law Students’ Association (ALSA). She has also completed the Advocate Profession Special Education Program (PKPA) in 2022.
She is an Associate of Construction & Investment Group of AGPR. She has experience in Telecommunications & Infrastructure projects, Construction & Investment matters and also Compliance matters. She frequently works with several clients including government agencies and private companies. She has also advised on licensing for construction company.
